Delete your WCodes account & data

The fastest way is right inside the app — it deletes everything instantly. If you can no longer open the app, you can request deletion by email instead.

In the app (recommended — instant)

Open the WCodes app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account, then confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately and you are signed out. No email, no waiting.

By email (only if you can't open the app)

Email privacy@wcodes.app from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile (username, bio, email link, birth year), your XP, Trust score, streaks, favourites, badges, verify votes and reports. This cannot be undone.

Codes you submitted that the community has since adopted may remain in the public code list, but they are de-identified — they are no longer linked to you.
