Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using the WCodes app or website (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service. The Service is provided by Christian Dreher (“WCodes”, “we”) — full provider details are in the Legal Notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (or older where your country sets a higher minimum). By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. What WCodes is
WCodes is a community-maintained list of Roblox promo codes. Codes are submitted and verified by users. We don’t create the codes and can’t guarantee any code works, remains valid, or grants a particular reward — Roblox developers add and expire codes at their discretion. Use codes at your own discretion.
4. Your account & conduct
You’re responsible for activity under your account. Don’t: submit spam, fake or offensive content; abuse the verify/voting system or manipulate XP, Trust or the leaderboard; attempt to cheat the anti-abuse controls; harass other users; or use the Service unlawfully. We may remove content, reset scores, or suspend/terminate accounts that break these Terms.
5. User content & verification
When you submit a code, reward description, username, bio or vote, you grant WCodes a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the Service. You confirm it’s lawful and not infringing. Community verification reflects user opinion, not a warranty by WCodes.
6. Content moderation, reports & blocking
There is zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, harassing, hateful or unlawful content and for abusive behaviour toward other users. Submitted content passes automated filters (word and link filters and automated text-safety checks) before publication, and you can report any code or user and block other users in the app at any time. Reports are reviewed by a human. We act on objectionable content or abusive users — including removing the content and suspending or terminating the responsible account — within 24 hours. To report content or a user outside the app, email support@wcodes.app. If your content or account was restricted and you believe we got it wrong, reply to the notice or email us and we will re-review the decision.
7. XP, ranks & virtual perks
XP, ranks, streaks, Trust, badges and earned perks have no monetary value, can’t be exchanged for cash, and may be adjusted or reset to protect the integrity of the Service (e.g. when abuse is detected).
8. VaultPass & purchases
VaultPass is an optional premium subscription. In the mobile app, purchases and renewals are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account under their terms; subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled, and you cancel via your device’s subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. New users get a 7-day free trial; you won’t be charged before it ends if you subscribe during the trial. Refunds are handled by the relevant app store per its policy.
9. App store terms (Apple & Google)
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these additional terms apply: these Terms are between you and WCodes only — not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC, and Apple/Google are not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. In the event the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify the store for a refund of the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, the stores have no other warranty obligation. Any claims relating to the app (product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection, IP) are our responsibility, not the stores’. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US government restricted list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that codes work, that the Service is uninterrupted or error-free, or that content is accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WCodes is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or from any code. Our liability is unlimited only for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health; for slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that can’t be excluded by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (in the app, or see wcodes.app/delete-account). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and conflict-of-law rules. If you use the Service as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the country or state where you live, and any statutory rights to bring claims in your local courts remain unaffected.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or on this page.

WCodes is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. “Roblox” is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.
